Top; Raymond and Mother, Emma, Ray, home on furlough serving in the air force in Anchorage, Alaska during the Korean War.. Ray and a friend drove this 46 Ford down the Alaskan highway breaking down on the way and recused by a large enclosed van that loaded them in the back where they bounced around in the dark for longer than they h0ped for.
