Sun City Folks-Genelle Jensen & Jerry

In happier times, one year ago at my birthday party hosted by Summer, Brigid and Dan.

Genelle is the one you want to turn to if you want a task completed. A tireless worker and great organizer, Genelle is responsible for the success of the Sunday Evening Dance Club at Bell.
She also organized most of the dance lessons sessions by Frank Romani. We served together as officers of the Sun City Singles Dance Club.
Last year her and Jerry traveled to many of the most historic sites in Russia.

I like this passage that I repeat it quite often-it is from the search for the Holy Grail.

It is Genelle in word and deed.

"The Holy Supper is kept indeed,
In whatso'er we share with another's need
Not what we give, but what we share
For the Gift without the giver is bare
Who gives himself with his gifts feeds three
Himself, his hungering neighbor and THEE-(the Christ)"

Genelle suffered an anuryism earlier this month and is confined to bed rest so let us remember the line from Old English-

"What are men, better than sheep or goats, if knowing God we lift not hands of prayers for those we love and those we call a friend."
