Just received a call from Sandy Rye in Eau Claire, Wisc. and my brother,Ray, has been transferred to the critical unit at the hospital. He has pneumia and is a recent recipient of the valve from a pig's heart from which he recovered nicely.He also has a defibrilator, the third of which he has had, two others were recalled. Our prayers are with Sandy and her family.

Our wonderful neice, Susan Nerison Olson, is recovering from cancer related illnesses at her home in Madison, Mn. Many years ago she was a house Mother for special needs children in a Dutch community in N.W.Iowa. she had all of the responsibilties including shoveling the snow from the drive and walks. She would take some of her charges to the Nerison farm in Hills where Bob took special atttention to them and it was with a heavy heart when they had to leave that caring atmosphere and return to the home.

Roberta, Valerie and Susan are the loving and wonderful daughters of my sister,Beverly Rye Nerison and Bob Nerison. They are very dear to our hearts.
