Donna, the Mother of our children

Tomorrow, the 20th of December, Donna will undergo knee replacement surgery on both of her knees. we all wish her a safe and speedy recovery for she has never been one to let the grass grow under her feet.

As the Mother of our children, her positive and loving influence is evident in the lives of each and every one of them.

Ramona has taken time off from her duties as charge nurse in the ER room of the Beaumont hospital in Royal Oak, Mi. to be at her side. Dan will also be at her side later. Randy and Greg live locally in the Loveland area and will also be there to support her.
Please refer to an earlier blog for the poem that Angela shared with her Mother at a Mother-Daughters banquet in Riverside, California so many years ago.

God speed, Donna

Court is the man

Court crashed my site- What a creative Court. The day after Thanksgiving he shared at Greg and Lisa's home with me some of the exciting events at xbox 360 "zero hour ' at Palmdale, California. Now he has linked his interview with the local press and also his pictures and personal reaction to the event on his freedom site. They are both accessible by clicking on his addresses on his December 7th post. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You will give my blog some exictement. My gracious, glorious, glamourous Grandson!!!!

I got back on today to honor Pearl Harbor day. I was 14 years old and was out hunting rabbits and came home about 2 in the afternoon when I first heard the news. Orville Bakk, who was courting my sister, Eldora, drove up in his 34 Ford V-8 coupe and said that he was going to enlist as his Father had done in WWl. True to his fashion he did so within a matter of months and served our country honorable. It would be 4 years later that I was drafted and in the army 18 days after my high school graduation.

I was in Boulder a few days before Court's birthday on Ocotber 13th. We dined and celebrated at the Broker resturant in Boulder anlong with his sister,My Granddaughter , and his father, Randy. I was so thrilled to be in their exciting company that I went back to Greg's office and wrote an exhubert blog about my two illustrious grandchildren. My technical or lack thereof prompted we to screw up the printing of it and I've been so down about it that I haven't blogged until today. Court must have helped me out because at least the part about My Granddaughter and his Dad now comes up ;on the screen but not the part about Court. So this blog about Court's most recent adventure tells it all. His deeds speak louder than my words. Glenn and others weak of heart read it here.

My Granddaughter and Court's father, Randy is the most caring, considerate, compassionate, kringle maker in humankind and I'm sure that much of their exciting accomplishments can be trace to his loving guidance and concern not only for his children but for all that come into his sphere of influence. We love you , Randy.

Hey Papa,

I don't want to crash your blog but I wanted to tell you a little bit about an event I just attended in Palmdale California! I met my friend from Chicago in LA and then went to the launch event that Microsoft was putting on in the Mojave Desert. We did an interview while we were there and it is posted online here: http://www.avpress.com/n/03/1203_s12.hts

I hope everything is going well for you in Arizona :) feel free to check out some of the articles and stuff I have added to my blog http://www.manufacturedfreedom.com and stay in touch!

Love you all,
